Utilizing our state-of-the-art equipment, Nitro is creating sheet metal cut and bent parts to precise standards for this HVAC equipment. Our TruLaser flat lasers cut material up to 1-1/4” with a maximum sheet size of 5-ft by 10-ft. Additionally, the TruStore LiftMaster Automation, allows the processes to be programmed to run automatically, so production continues seamlessly and uninterrupted, guaranteeing fast turnaround times, without sacrificing quality.

The six axis press brakes in the Nitro facility give us the ability to form basic to complex shapes, delivering the precision parts that our customers need. With machines capable of producing 140-ton press force, we have the ability to bend up to 3/8” thick and 10-ft lengths of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. This allows Nitro to transform cut metal pieces into the exact shape needed for each specific HVAC unit.
