Nitro Cutting Services supplies many of the custom parts that are incorporated by our customers into stages and platform structures for large scale events. Utilizing our new state-of-the-art Trumpf 3030 10K Laser and Trumpf 7000 Tube Laser, Nitro can meet the exact requirements needed to ensure proper function and safety coupled with the tight lead times associated with these projects.
Nitro’s Trumpf 3030 10K Laser features TruStore LiftMaster automation enabling lights out operation for increased capacity. The 3030 laser cuts material up to 1.25” with maximum sheet sizes of 5-ft x 10-ft. The Trumpf 7000 Tube Laser has 30-ft infeed/20-ft outfeed, and can process material up to 3/8”, with a 10” outside diameter. The 7000 tube laser offers bevel cuts to 45-degrees, tapping to 3/8” or 12mm, and flow drilling capabilities.
